Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

Every MYMAGCOVER cover is made individually to your design, with your photo, names and texts. For goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly tailored to their personal needs, there is no right of withdrawal (§ 312g (2) no. 1 BGB). This applies to all covers in our shop, framed and unframed, and to the digital image file of your cover.

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected: if your cover arrives damaged or faulty, we replace it. See Terms, section 11.

Products without personalisation

If we offer products that are not personalised, you have a right of withdrawal for them according to the following policy.

Withdrawal policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (the operator named in our imprint, email: info@mymagcover.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
